WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Depends if popcorn is painted or not. Non painted popcorn is usually sanded completely, then the ceiling is plastered and painted. Painted ceilings are either sprayed and scraped or sanded lightly then skim coated twice for an excellent finish.
HOW IS MK CEILINGS DIFFERENT FROM ITS COMPETITORS?
Our service is virtually dust free and we guarantee customer satisfaction. We dont take prior deposits to work. 30% after sanding removal, 40% after plaster and then the rest 30% after painting once you are satisfied.
HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST?
Around $3.5 per sqft for non painted popcorn and around $5.5 per sqft for painted popcorn. This includes removal, plaster and paint!
